Marc went way above and beyond the call of duty in this sale. He referred us to movers for packing and moving; they were also excellent. He arranged for contractors to refinish the condo and supervised them and evaluated the quality of their work. And he shepherded us through a quick and expeditious escrow closing. Throughout the entire process, he was responsive, took initiative, was courteous, and was very professional. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
